  1. Van der Meulen<\/strong>: Van der Meulen De Meesterbakkers, located at * Moounebuorren 24-32, 9074 CK Hallum, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number KVK 01046906.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Customer<\/strong>: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Van der Meulen or uses the website https:\/\/meulenholland.nl.<\/a><\/li>\n \t
  3. Products<\/strong>: The products offered by Van der Meulen, including crackers, rusks, toast and other foods.<\/li>\n \t
  4. Agreement<\/strong>: Any agreement established between Van der Meulen and the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    Article 2: Applicability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Van der Meulen and the customer.<\/li>\n
    2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.<\/li>\n
    3. By placing an order, the customer accepts the applicability of these general terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Article 3: Offers and Agreements.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      1. All offers from Van der Meulen are without obligation and subject to availability.<\/li>\n
      2. An agreement comes into effect at the moment Van der Meulen has confirmed the customer’s order in writing or electronically.<\/li>\n
      3. Van der Meulen reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        Article 4: Prices and Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        1. The prices listed on the website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.<\/li>\n
        2. Payment shall be made in the manner specified by Van der Meulen.<\/li>\n
        3. In case of late payment, the customer is legally in default and Van der Meulen is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          Article 5: Delivery and Delivery Time<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t

          1. Van der Meulen strives to deliver the order within the specified delivery time.<\/li>\n
          2. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.<\/li>\n
          3. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            Article 6: Returns and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            1. The customer has the right to revoke the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the products.<\/li>\n
            2. The customer must return the products in their original condition and packaging.<\/li>\n
            3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              Article 7: Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              1. Van der Meulen shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.<\/li>\n
              2. Van der Meulen’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the price paid by the customer for the products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                Article 8: Force Majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  \n
                1. Van der Meulen shall not be bound to fulfill any obligation to the customer if Van der Meulen is prevented from doing so due to force majeure.<\/li>\n
                2. Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the will and control of Van der Meulen, as a result of which fulfillment of obligations to the customer is prevented in whole or in part.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                  Article 9: Complaints and Disputes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                    \n
                  1. Complaints about Van der Meulen’s products or services should be made in writing within a reasonable period of time.<\/li>\n
                  2. Agreements between Van der Meulen and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.<\/li>\n
                  3. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Leeuwarden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t

                    Article 10: Privacy and Data Processing.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    1. Van der Meulen respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
